Next Comms Talk is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support the execution of internal and external communication strategies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring brand messaging is consistent and effective across all communication channels. This role involves writing, editing, coordination of content, and assisting in the planning of communication campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies
  • Draft and edit internal communications, press releases, and reports
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather content and maintain messaging consistency
  • Track communication efforts and generate reports on engagement and effectiveness
  • Support the planning and execution of company events and announcements
  • Ensure brand tone and standards are maintained across all written materials
  • Manage and update internal communication tools and platforms

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
  • Excellent writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with content management systems is a plus
