Communications Manager

Position Overview

We are hiring a Communications Manager to own how Kelso communicates across leadership, employees, operating companies, and external audiences. This is a strategic communications role spanning executive messaging, internal communications, and selective external and social communications.

What You'll Do

• Lead executive and corporate communications for the Kelso platform
• Develop CEO and leadership messages, town halls, and enterprise-wide updates
• Own internal communications across multiple operating companies
• Support acquisition onboarding, integration, and change communications
• Develop Kelso's platform narrative and value proposition
• Manage Kelso's external voice including public relations and social media presence
• Ensure consistency across leadership, HR, recruiting, and external communications
• Provide communication toolkits and guidance to operating company leaders
• Support sensitive, time-critical, or crisis communications when required

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in corporate, executive, or integrated communications
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Business or related field
• Proven experience utilizing multiple mediums to deliver content through print, electronic, podcasts, in person, etc.
• Experience in high-growth, multi-entity, or private-equity-backed environments
• Strong executive-level writing and storytelling skills
• Experience managing external channels such as websites, announcements, or social media
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and change
