Job Summary
The Manager, Creative Community & CSR leads creative community initiatives and manages Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs that align with the company's core values. The role is responsible for driving community engagement through creative campaigns and initiatives, overseeing impactful projects, and measuring the outcomes of both CSR and creative community efforts. The Manager ensures that these initiatives contribute to the organization's broader goals while fostering a positive community impact.
Role and Responsibly
Creative Community Engagement:
• Lead the development and execution of creative community initiatives that engage local communities, strengthen brand presence, and align with company values.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive projects that inspire social change and contribute positively to community well-being.
• Create and implement strategies to foster ongoing engagement with target audiences, leveraging creative methods to support social causes.
CSR Program Management:
• Oversee the planning, development, and implementation of CSR programs that reflect the company’s commitment to social responsibility.
• Ensure that CSR activities are aligned with organizational goals and corporate values, focusing on sustainability, education, health, or other relevant social impact areas.
• Measure the effectiveness of CSR initiatives, providing regular reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Creative Campaign Leadership:
• Develop and execute creative campaigns that promote community engagement and awareness for key social causes, both locally and internationally.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and digital teams to produce high-quality content and creative materials that support CSR and community initiatives.
• Lead the conceptualization of creative strategies for social campaigns, ensuring they are impactful, innovative, and aligned with the brand’s values.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal departments (e.g., marketing, communications, HR) and external partners (NGOs, government organizations, vendors) to ensure the successful execution of creative and CSR projects.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration and community involvement.
Outcome Measurement & Reporting:
• Establish and track KPIs for CSR and creative community efforts, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Provide regular performance reports on the success of creative and CSR initiatives, highlighting impact, engagement, and areas for improvement.
Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals in the creative community and CSR space, ensuring their professional development and growth.
• Promote a culture of innovation and social responsibility within the team, encouraging new ideas and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with HR to integrate CSR initiatives into the broader company culture, promoting employee involvement and engagement.
Budget & Resource Management:
• Oversee the budgeting and financial management for creative community and CSR initiatives, ensuring cost-effective project execution.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and agencies to ensure quality outputs within budget.
