Company Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements.
  • Organize and manage board meetings, committee meetings, and annual general meetings (AGMs).
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and maintain statutory registers and records.
  • File necessary returns, forms, and documents with regulatory authorities.
  • Advise directors and senior management on corporate governance practices.
  • Handle company incorporation, restructuring, mergers, or other corporate actions.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and update company policies accordingly.
  • Coordinate with auditors, legal teams, and regulatory bodies.
  • Manage share-related matters such as transfers, dividends, and investor queries (if applicable).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Company Secretary (Member of ICSI).
  • Strong knowledge of corporate laws and compliance.
  • Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5-12 years of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
