Job Summary

We are seeking multiple Compliance Auditors to join our Quality & Compliance team. In this role, you will conduct internal audits, review customer transactions and interactions, and ensure adherence to Rogers dealer policies, regulatory requirements, and internal processes. You will provide actionable insights that drive compliance, accuracy, and quality in our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular compliance audits across retail, e-commerce, and back-office operations.
• Review transaction records, contracts, and documentation for accuracy and policy adherence.
• Monitor call, chat, and email interactions; evaluate recordings, screenshots, and system logs.
• Prepare audit reports, compliance scorecards, and recommendations for management.
• Track remediation of audit findings and escalate serious compliance issues as needed.
• Maintain compliance trackers, audit checklists, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support training and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in compliance, audit, or quality assurance (telecom/retail preferred).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and/or telecom dealer policies.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and report-writing ability.
• Proficiency with CRM/ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs95,000.00 per month
