The Concierge Assistant role is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality-minded professional to serve as the face of BCG’s Brooklyn office. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, this highly visible position sets the tone for the overall office experience. Under the supervision of the Office Experience and Events Manager, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, professional, and seamless environment by supporting day-to-day operations and delivering thoughtful, high-touch service that reflects BCG’s culture and values.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Greet and assist employees, clients, and visitors, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience
  • Assisting employees and visitors in navigating the space and booking offices/workstations; escorting visitors as needed
  • Maintain the office meeting and events calendar, liaising between team members and key stakeholders/requestors
  • Handling guests’ individual needs during their visit, including office assignments and other administrative requests
  • Monitoring the concierge inbox regularly and processing requests for guest space, conference room reservations, and visitor access
  • Triaging meeting support requests (e.g., catering, IT) and ensuring details are communicated and executed accurately
  • Assisting with basic IT requests (e.g., guest Wi-Fi login details)
  • Communicating regularly with team members to support projects, manage office space, and assist with internal events; providing backup coverage as necessary
  • Printing employee access badges and liaising with building security to ensure seamless entry and audit compliance with BCG security protocols
  • Maintaining the visitor guide and providing information to visitors upon arrival
  • Arranging car services and validating parking upon request
  • Supporting office-wide communications
  • Supporting catering coordination including researching vendors, placing orders, and setting up/breaking down food and beverages for meetings, events, and office lunches
  • Supporting functional teams with large-scale meetings or events, including room management
  • Providing on-site support during key meetings and internal events
  • Maintaining general cleanliness of the reception and pantry areas
  • Assisting with general office projects (e.g., printing and binding) as needed

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 0–2 years of experience in administrative support or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced or professional services environment
  • Strong service orientation and hospitality mindset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to spend significant time walking and standing and to lift packages and equipment up to 40lbs
  • Ability to work periodic overtime as needed and be in office 5 days a week

This role currently requires 5 days a week in office presence. This in-office plan allows for critically important learning, collaboration and networking with our colleagues.


Compensation Information:


Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, contributions to BCG’s Profit Sharing and Retirement Fund (PSRF), and a market leading benefits package described below.


The base salary range for this role is $57,000-$63,667.


This is an estimated range and specific base salaries within the range depend on factors such as office location, experience, and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.


In addition to your base salary, your total compensation will include a discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a generous retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years.
