Concrete Plant Technician

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain batching plant equipment to ensure smooth production of ready-mix concrete.
• Should have minimum 3 years +experience
• Monitor mixing process, water-cement ratio, and admixtures for quality control.
• Calibrate plant and scales regularly to maintain accurate batching.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers and dispatchers for timely delivery.
• Perform troubleshooting and minor repairs on plant machinery.
• Maintain daily production and maintenance records.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Technical Certificate in Civil, Mechanical, or related field.
• Minimum [X] years of experience in a concrete batching plant.
• Knowledge of concrete mix design, raw materials, and quality testing.
• Familiarity with computerized batching systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
