The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Construction Foreman with at least 3 years of leadership experience to take the reins on our job sites. You won’t just be watching from the sidelines; you’ll be the bridge between the blueprints and the finished build.

You are the go-to person for the crew, the primary point of contact for project managers, and the guardian of our safety standards. If you can manage a schedule, motivate a team, and troubleshoot a site delay before it becomes a disaster, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do

• On-Site Leadership: Direct the daily activities of the crew and subcontractors to ensure the project stays on track.
• Quality Control: Review blueprints and specs to ensure work is performed accurately and to the highest standards.
• Safety First: Enforce all OSHA and company safety regulations. No shortcuts, no exceptions.
• Logistics: Coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment so the team never has to stand around waiting.
• Reporting: Maintain daily logs, track progress against the schedule, and report directly to the Project Manager.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Foreman or Lead in a construction environment.
• Technical Skill: Deep understanding of construction best practices, equipment maintenance, and blueprint reading.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage a diverse crew and handle "on-site personalities" with professionalism.
• Reliability: You’re the first one there and the last one to leave. A valid driver’s license is required.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
