Job Description: Construction Landscape Supervisor

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the scope, schedule, and budget for multiple concurrent landscape construction projects.
• Conduct pre-construction site inspections and participate in project handoff meetings with sales/design.
• Develop project work schedules and assign Foremen and crews to projects based on skill sets and workload.
• Procure materials, coordinate equipment and resource logistics, and manage material deliveries across all job sites.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to develop team skills.
• Enforce and elevate company safety standards across all crews and sites.
• Monitor project budgets, track labor hours, and control costs to maintain profitability.
• Perform rigorous quality control inspections at all project phases to ensure work meets design specifications and company standards.
• Identify and resolve complex project issues, including design modifications, drainage problems, and site challenges.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors for assigned projects.
• Lead site meetings, provide project updates, and manage client expectations professionally.
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and Sales team to ensure seamless project delivery from estimate to completion.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in landscape construction
• Extensive, advanced knowledge of all aspects of landscape contracting: grading, drainage, hardscaping, masonry, lighting, irrigation, and horticulture.
• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus.
