Construction Management Director

We are seeking candidates to take on a role at Çalık Gayrimenkul, a leading entity under the umbrella of the Çalık Group companies;

General Qualifications

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field,
• Preferably with a master's degree,
• Experience in construction management for high-budget investment projects such as hotels, offices, luxury residences, etc. in real estate investment companies,
• 12-20 years of experience in the field,
• Experience in construction site management,
• Advanced verbal and written English skills,
• Experience in project management, budget and payment control, team management, and subcontractor relations. International experience is preferred
• No travel restrictions

Job Description

As part of our existing high-value real estate assets and potential development projects in Türkiye and abroad—including mixed-use properties, hotels, offices, luxury residences, logistics facilities, land assets, and real estate investment funds;

• Manage/ oversee all construction actvities to be carried out by contractors for the company's active real estate and development projects from an investor perspective,
• Manage tender, contractor/ subcontractor selection and payment-budget-quality control processes,
• Ensure coordination with architects, engineers, technical teams, and consultants working in group companies
