Role Purpose:

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of restaurant construction projects from initiation to handover. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and brand standards. This role supports the company's expansion by delivering operationally ready, high-quality sites across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full project lifecycle from design to handover
  • Conduct site surveys and manage construction constraints
  • Coordinate with contractors, designers, and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with codes, specs, and timelines
  • Monitor budgets, prepare payments, and manage variations
  • Oversee snagging, handover, and release of retention
  • Secure permits and approvals with authorities

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Architecture
  • 8–10 years in project/construction management (preferably in retail or F&B)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, project scheduling tools
  • Strong budgeting, coordination, and compliance experience
