Job Purpose:

To lead, plan, and manage all construction activities of high-rise building projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, cost control, and compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations at the project site for high-rise buildings.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate all construction activities to ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
  • Supervise site teams, including engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance with design intent.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare periodic reports on milestones, productivity, and performance.
  • Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, Safety, and Technical departments for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure implementation of quality control and HSE procedures at all stages of the project.
  • Identify potential risks, delays, or technical issues and provide effective solutions to maintain project timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to approved drawings and standards.
  • Manage subcontractor performance, including work quality, progress, and adherence to project schedules.
  • Control material wastage and monitor manpower allocation to optimize cost efficiency.
  • Attend coordination and progress meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
  • Support Project Director in reviewing project budgets, cash flows, and resource allocation.
