Construction Manager

• Plan, schedule, and supervise construction projects (residential, commercial, or infrastructure)
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications
• Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, and timelines
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or resources as needed
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and safety standards
• Manage permits, inspections, and legal documentation
• Resolve construction issues, delays, or conflicts on-site
• Communicate project updates to clients, engineers, and architects
• Enforce workplace safety policies and procedures
• Identify and mitigate construction risks
• Ensure adherence to environmental and labor regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Several years of experience in construction or project management
• Relevant certifications (e.g., DM, Trakhees) are a plus
