Construction Manager

• Education and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering or related disciplines is required.

Priority will be given to candidates who have passed the local technical competency assessment in Dubai and hold membership in the Emirates Society of Engineers (ESE).

Possession of certifications related to construction management in Dubai is highly desirable.

• Work Experience: At least 8 years of construction management experience in the construction industry, including no less than 3 years of full-cycle construction management experience in Dubai residential construction projects; Led on-site construction management of at least one large-scale residential project (such as villa communities, high-rise apartments); Familiar with local construction processes, labor management and material supply processes; Understand Dubai's management requirements for foreign laborers and construction permit application processes.

• Professional Skills: Proficient in the construction management process of residential construction projects, able to formulate construction organization designs and special construction plans and organize their implementation; Have on-site schedule control, quality control, safety control and cost control capabilities; Familiar with the selection and use management of local construction machinery and materials, able to effectively coordinate subcontractors and labor teams to carry out construction; Have the ability to quickly handle on-site problems to ensure smooth construction progress.

• Core Competencies: Fluent in English (working language), basic Arabic proficiency is preferred, with excellent on-site leadership and cross-cultural communication capabilities; Possess excellent emergency response capabilities and execution, able to effectively respond to on-site sudden situations; Have strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance, able to adapt to Dubai's high-temperature and sandy construction environment and long-term overseas work; Hold a UAE driving license, preference will be given to candidates with local construction resources.
