Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities from start to finish, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near DHA City, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all construction activities for residential and commercial building projects.
• Manage site operations, workforce, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with project plans.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications; coordinate with architects, consultants, and engineers.
• Ensure implementation of safety standards and quality control at all stages of construction.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Resolve construction-related issues and provide effective solutions to keep projects on track.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of proven experience in building construction projects (residential/commercial).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under deadlines.
• Must be based in DHA City Karachi or willing to relocate.
