Oversee and manage all aspects of infrastructure construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget, and schedule.
Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, engineers, and other stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, procurement strategies, and risk management protocols, to optimize project outcomes.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project requirements.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and forecast costs, identifying and mitigating potential financial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining strong working relationships.
Resolve conflicts and address issues that arise during construction, providing timely and effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates, cost summaries, and change orders, to keep stakeholders informed of project status.
Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and permitting requirements, minimizing the environmental impact of construction activities.
Champion a culture of safety, promoting safe work practices and actively participating in safety training and incident investigations.
