Construction operating manager

Candidates must possess fundamental knowledge of architectural drawing interpretation, structural engineering principles, and building construction techniques. They should understand construction procedures, standard methodologies, quality control specifications, and safety protocols. Familiarity with common building materials, components, manufactured products, and essential machinery is required. Proficiency in engineering quantity calculation rules and computational techniques is mandatory. Understanding construction economics regulations and being acquainted with all contractual terms enables participation in bidding processes and contract negotiations. Comprehensive knowledge of industry quotas is essential, including the composition and fee structures for labor costs, material budget pricing, and machinery shift rates.
