Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage civil construction activities from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Track project progress against schedules and budgets, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
- Perform inspections and quality checks to maintain compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations.
- Prepare BOQs, technical reports, and documentation to support project planning and execution.
- Assist in procurement activities by reviewing material submittals and coordinating timely delivery to site.
- Support project managers in resolving technical and operational challenges on-site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- 6–9 years of proven experience in civil construction or project engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other engineering/project management tools.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, local authority regulations, and safety standards.
