Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily on-site civil construction activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.
- Interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation with precision.
- Collaborate closely with architects, MEP teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor site progress, identify potential delays, and initiate corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity.
- Uphold rigorous standards for quality control and enforce health & safety protocols across all phases of construction.
- Contribute to the preparation and updating of construction schedules, manpower deployment plans, and material tracking systems.
- Review material submittals and coordinate timely procurement and delivery to maintain uninterrupted site operations.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges through coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
- Generate and submit structured reports—daily, weekly, and monthly—covering progress, resource utilization, and key metrics.
- Ensure full compliance with project requirements, local building codes, and statutory regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 6–8 years of hands-on experience in civil construction, preferably with high-rise or large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of structural systems, construction methodologies, and site execution workflows.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Demonstrated leadership and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
