Construction - Project engineer Villa projects

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute civil works on-site in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Monitor daily progress, report site activities, and highlight any risks or delays to management.
• Conduct quality inspections, verify material approvals, and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Support project managers in planning, resource allocation, and procurement processes.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and provide practical engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in site supervision and civil construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Sound knowledge of construction methodologies, local authority regulations, and HSE practices.
