A well‑established civil contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee water and wastewater treatment plant projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex infrastructure environments and enjoys leading teams through full project lifecycle execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage water/wastewater treatment plant and related civil infrastructure projects
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and field operations
• Lead project planning, risk management, and client communication
• Conduct site visits and progress reviews (approx. 30% travel)
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all phases
• Collaborate closely with estimating, engineering, and field leadership

Qualifications

• Strong background in water/wastewater construction
• Proven experience managing complex civil infrastructure projects
• Ability to lead teams, coordinate subcontractors, and drive project outcomes
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills
• Open to relocation candidates

Compensation

• Annual bonus: $30K–$40K
