Construction Supervisor / Site Engineer (Residential / Commercial Projects)

Job Summary:

The Construction Supervisor is responsible for overseeing residential construction projects, including house buildings, ensuring work is completed according to approved drawings, timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. The role involves managing site labor, controlling building materials, and coordinating daily construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day residential construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is executed according to the drawings, specifications, and approved plans.
• Monitor project timelines and report progress to management.
• Manage and supervise skilled and unskilled labor on-site.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
• Ensure discipline, attendance, and safety compliance of labor staff.
• Monitor usage and availability of construction materials (cement, steel, bricks, sand, etc.).Coordinate material requisitions, delivery, and storage.
• Prevent material wastage, damage, or theft at the site.
• Ensure construction quality meets company and engineering standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of work quality and workmanship.
• Enforce site safety rules and ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Maintain daily site records, labor attendance, and material consumption reports.
• Report issues, delays, or risks to the Project Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).3–5 years of experience in residential or building construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to manage labor and multiple site activities.Basic knowledge of drawings, BOQs, and measurements.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 - Rs10.00 per month
