Quantity Surveyor – Site Incharge

Ahmed Construction Company (ACCO), a leading architecture and construction firm in Pakistan, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor – Site Incharge to manage cost control, billing, and on-site coordination for ongoing and upcoming projects.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring financial efficiency, accurate documentation, and smooth execution of construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs
• Preparation and verification of IPC (Interim Payment Certificates)
• Handling billing documentation and payment processes
• Performing cost estimation and detailed rate analysis
• Verification and evaluation of contractor invoices and claims
• Assisting in tender preparation and contract documentation
• Coordination with site engineers, supervisors, and project teams
• Monitoring project costs and ensuring budget compliance
• Maintaining accurate project records and reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in construction projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, IPC, and billing procedures
• Expertise in rate analysis and cost control
• Familiarity with tendering and contract management
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and construction management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial projects
