Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis to address critical business issues and generate insights about client and industry business performance improvement.
  • To support in the delivery of key workstreams related to platform design, operating models design, business / digital strategy development, and business cases for government agencies including national digital value realization and impact, digital architecture design, and others.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed requirements.
  • Facilitate the change management process by identifying potential resistance to strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate resistance and ensure successful adoption of changes.
  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to drive performance.
  • Develop and deliver training programs aimed at building strategic capabilities within the organization.
  • Ensure the successful adoption of new strategic processes and methodologies through effective training initiatives.
