The Content Authoring Senior Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across websites, mobile app, and self-service digital channels. The role ensures content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the Company’s brand voice while enhancing customer engagement and overall digital experience through data-driven content improvements. This position works closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to support digital campaigns, customer journeys, and SEO performance.
Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle across web, app, and self-service platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Create, publish, and maintain digital content including banners, offers, FAQs, and product pages using CMS tools, while ensuring UX and visual consistency.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and CX teams to align content with digital campaigns, customer journeys, and segment-specific strategies.

Review and validate all live content to ensure compliance, accuracy, localization, and quality assurance standards.

Support digital campaigns through timely content updates and enhancements across channels.

Leverage analytics and SEO insights to continuously optimize content performance and improve customer engagement.

Ensure adherence to content governance, version control, and best practices across digital platforms.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

7+ years
of experience in digital content authoring, content management, or a similar role.

Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as
Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), WordPress, Sitecore
, or equivalent tools.

Working knowledge of
basic HTML/CSS
