Queensoft is a technology company building an AI-powered healthcare SaaS platform for mental health professionals. Our product helps therapists, psychologists, and counselors run their private practices more efficiently, from clinical documentation and scheduling to billing and client communication.
We’re building our marketing team from the ground up with an AI-first philosophy. We’re looking for people who genuinely understand the world of therapy and psychology , and want to use that understanding to build a brand that mental health professionals trust.
About the Role
Our audience is therapists, psychologists, and counselors, highly educated professionals who don’t respond to flashy ads. They respond to trust, clinical credibility, and peer validation. As our Content & Brand Strategist, you’ll be the voice of our brand. You’ll own the narrative, build a content engine that positions us as a thought leader in mental health technology, and produce content that resonates with licensed practitioners.
A background in psychology or mental health is a significant advantage in this role. Understanding clinical terminology, therapy modalities, and the day-to-day realities of running a practice will allow you to write content that feels authentic and credible to our audience, not like generic tech marketing.
This is a senior content role, not a social media posting job. You’ll be writing long-form pieces, developing messaging frameworks, conducting research, and shaping how mental health professionals perceive our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the entire content calendar across blog, email, social media, and website copy
- Write long-form content: blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, email sequences, and landing pages, all tailored to a mental health professional audience
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand voice, messaging framework, and positioning documents
- Research mental health industry trends, therapy practice management challenges, and competitor messaging
- Translate complex clinical and psychological concepts into clear, engaging marketing content
- Collaborate with leadership on product positioning and go-to-market messaging
- Create content briefs for the Visual & Video Content Creator
- Use AI writing tools (Claude, Jasper, etc.) to accelerate content production while maintaining quality and clinical accuracy
- Interview therapists and practitioners for case studies and testimonials
- Write and optimize website copy, feature pages, and comparison pages
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized with proper keyword research, on-page structure, and internal linking
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 3–5 years of B2B content marketing experience (SaaS strongly preferred)
- Exceptional written English , native-level or indistinguishable from native. This is non-negotiable. The audience is educated mental health professionals
- Demonstrated portfolio of long-form B2B content (blog posts, case studies, whitepapers)
- Experience with SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structure
- Comfort using AI writing assistants as tools, not crutches , you must be able to edit AI output to sound human and clinically appropriate
- Strong research skills and intellectual curiosity about mental health, psychology, and therapy practice management
- Ability to work full-time from our Sheraton, Egypt office
Highly Valued:
- Academic background in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related mental health field , this is a major advantage
- Professional experience in the mental health or wellness industry (clinical, research, or administrative)
- Familiarity with therapy modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.), clinical terminology, and the realities of running a therapy practice
- Experience marketing to licensed professionals (therapists, psychologists, doctors, counselors)
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with healthcare or wellness content writing
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) or practice management software
- Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
- Understanding of anti-spam legislation and healthcare marketing compliance
Hiring Assessment
Candidates will be evaluated through the following practical exercises:
- Write a 600-word blog post titled: “5 Signs Your Practice Management Software Is Costing You Clients.” The audience is therapists running private practices with 1–10 clinicians.
- Take a paragraph of AI-generated content about EHR software and rewrite it to sound human, warm, and authoritative , as if written by someone who understands the therapy profession.
- Verbal fluency assessment: explain a complex content marketing concept during a live interview conducted entirely in English.
