Content Creation Specialist - Social Media

We are looking for a Junior Social Media Executive who is passionate about content creation, trends, and digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands social media but can also create content, plan visuals, and execute shoots to bring ideas to life.

This is a 100% organic growth-focused role (no paid ads).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media content for brands and the agency
• Create and manage content calendars with a strong focus on visual storytelling
• Independently shoot content (Reels, Shorts, behind-the-scenes, product videos)
• Handle basic camera work, angles, framing, and lighting for social media content
• Collaborate with designers to ensure content aligns with creative direction
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and post descriptions
• Stay updated with trends and quickly execute relevant content ideas
• Ensure consistency in posting schedules and brand tone
• Maintain accuracy in captions, hashtags, and formatting
• Monitor basic performance metrics and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 – 2 years of experience in social media management/content creation
• Hands-on experience in shooting and creating social media content
• Basic understanding of camera angles, composition, and visual storytelling
• Good writing and communication skills
• Strong interest in trends, content formats, and digital culture
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Nice to Have:

• Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
• Familiarity with tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads
• Experience handling brand or personal content pages
