Content Creator

7PM is a Miami-based PR and marketing firm specializing in real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. We work with real estate developers, restaurants, entrepreneurs, and high-growth companies to build compelling narratives and drive visibility across media and social platforms.

We are looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Strategist who understands how to transform ideas into engaging digital content. This role requires someone who can edit video, think strategically about content, and organize social media schedules that drive growth and engagement.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who enjoys working across multiple brands and understands what performs well on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Editing

• Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Create social-first content that aligns with each client’s brand voice and aesthetic
• Turn long-form content (podcasts, interviews, events) into engaging short-form clips
• Add captions, graphics, and motion elements that enhance engagement and retention

Content Strategy

• Collaborate with the team to develop content concepts, themes, and storytelling angles
• Identify trending formats, hooks, and social media opportunities
• Recommend ways to optimize content for reach, engagement, and shareability

Social Media Planning

• Develop and maintain social media content calendars for multiple clients
• Schedule posts across platforms using tools such as Later, Meta Business Suite, or similar
• Ensure consistent posting and alignment with campaign goals, events, and announcements

Collaboration

• Work closely with the 7PM team to support PR campaigns, brand launches, and events
• Coordinate with videographers, designers, and social media managers when needed
• Assist in maintaining an organized workflow for content production and approvals

Qualifications

• Experience editing short-form video content for social media
• Graphic design using Canva
• Strong understanding of all major social media platforms
• Proficiency in editing software such as CapCut
• Ability to identify compelling storylines and hooks for digital content
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts or schedules
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools
• Strong attention to detail and brand aesthetics
