Content Creator

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Content Creator to join our vibrant marketing team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind developing engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our target audience across multiple platforms. Reporting to the Campaign and Brand Manager in Australia, and the Chief Operating Officer in the US, our creativity and strategic mindset will help elevate our brand presence, boost engagement, and support our overall marketing objectives. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling narratives, produce captivating visuals, and implement content strategies that make a real impact in the digital landscape across a global dental training company.

Duties

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies aligned with marketing goals and brand voice
  • Create diverse content design types for blog posts, social media updates, videos, infographics, white papers, and email campaigns
  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistent publishing across platforms such as social media, website, and email marketing channels
  • Design visually appealing graphics and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and videography/editing software (experience with animation is ideal also)
  • Maintain and update content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress to ensure website content is current and engaging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, sales, and product development to produce aligned design

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content creation, and digital marketing with a strong portfolio of work
  • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite (including video editing tools), and graphic design principles (Animation experience ideal also)
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms for content management
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS for basic website editing and customization
  • Strong understanding of social media management tools and social media marketing tactics
  • Ability to develop compelling content strategies tailored for different audiences and platforms
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing techniques including email marketing, marketing automation, and B2B marketing strategies
