Key responsibilities:
Content Creation & Video Production
- Film, edit, and produce engaging content including Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts
- Capture high-quality boat photos and social media videos in showroom, on-water, and event settings
- Create intentional, strategic content aligned with current campaigns and promotions
- Assist in developing recurring content series such as “FAQ Friday” (topics like boat buying, engine break-in, financing, etc.)
Social Media Management
- Manage daily posting across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube
- Write compelling captions and email copy that align with brand voice and marketing goals
- Maintain consistent story posting and real-time content updates
- Support the use of QR codes on boats to connect in-store traffic with digital content
Outreach & Community Engagement
- Support community outreach efforts including local events, partnerships, and sponsorships
- Assist with outreach to events and sponsors to expand brand presence
- Help execute grassroots marketing initiatives that drive awareness and engagement
Marketing Execution & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to execute campaigns and content strategies
- Collaborate with sales, service, and leadership teams to capture authentic, on-brand content
- Support promotion of inventory, dealership events, and seasonal campaigns
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track social media performance, ad spend, and engagement analytics
- Assist in maintaining a clear, organized marketing budget for campaigns and content
- Identify trends and insights to improve content performance and reach
Required skills:
- Experience in social media management and/or content creation
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
- Comfortable filming content and directing others on camera
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube platforms
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling
Preferred (Not Required) Skills:
- Experience in marine, automotive, or outdoor lifestyle industries
- Photography and/or drone experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools, QR integrations, or lead tracking systems
