Requirement:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.

2. 1–3 years of experience in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing (education/training sector preferred).

3. Ability to create engaging and high-quality content aligned with brand goals and marketing targets.

4. Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and content trends.

5. Knowledge of content tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.) for designing and editing.

6. Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets for content planning and performance tracking.

7. Strong creative thinking with the ability to generate new content ideas regularly.

8. Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.

9. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate with marketing and design teams.

Job Description Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to produce engaging and original content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, creating high-quality visual and written materials, and ensuring brand consistency across all media channels while supporting marketing and engagement goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing objectives
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms
• Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting
• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and brand activities
• Research industry trends to generate innovative content ideas
• Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, tone, and quality standards
• Optimize content for SEO and maximize social media reach
• Track content performance and provide insights for improvement

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
