Content Creator (On-Site – Doral, FL)

We’re looking for a Content Creator with strong technical skills, refined taste, and a genuine love for creating. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You’ll be responsible for producing a consistent volume of content, both organic, day-to-day output and more structured campaign work. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Brand Director, taking direction and carrying final execution through to final delivery.

This role is for someone who enjoys the process of creating at all levels, whether it’s an organic piece of content or a full campaign. The focus is on making things look right for social, across both editorial and less-produced content, and delivering with care every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute photoshoots and video content from concept through final delivery
• Capture and edit both organic, day-to-day content and campaign-level content
• Create content across brand channels, including behind-the-scenes moments and content supporting the Brand Director’s presence
• Translate creative direction into visuals that align with the brand
• Maintain a consistent output of content without compromising quality
• Work closely with the team to ensure alignment across all visuals
• Manage timelines, production flow, and deliverables
• Take ownership of projects and ensure they are completed fully
• Adapt quickly and execute across different types of content needs

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content production (fashion or lifestyle preferred)
• Strong background in video production, photography, and editing
• Advanced video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual consistency
• Ability to handle a steady workflow and meet deadlines consistently
• Clear communication and ability to collaborate with a team
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Strong sense of energy and presence—someone who adds momentum to the team
