Content Creator

Role Description

The Content Creator will be responsible for planning, creating, editing, and publishing high-quality digital content that strengthens Sky View Real Estate’s brand presence and supports marketing and lead-generation efforts. This role requires a strong balance of creative storytelling, technical editing skills, and AI-driven content optimization, with a clear understanding of Dubai’s real estate market.

The ideal candidate is visually creative, trend-aware, and capable of producing engaging content that performs well across social media platforms.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute content strategies for social media platforms.
• Create engaging reels, short-form videos, property walkthroughs, lifestyle content, and promotional visuals
• Edit photos and videos using professional editing software as well as AI-powered editing tools to enhance quality, speed, and consistency
• Use AI tools for video enhancement, image refinement, caption drafting, scripting, and content optimization while maintaining brand authenticity
• Develop compelling captions, scripts, and basic marketing copy aligned with brand tone and campaign goals
• Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and on-ground teams to capture property content and campaign visuals
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines, visual identity, and quality standards
• Manage content calendars and meet publishing deadlines consistently

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Content Creator or Social Media Content Creator
• Experience in video editing and social media content creation
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects and Canva
• AI video and image editing tools knowledge is must
• Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
