Content Creator and Social Media Manager

The Roderick Real Estate Team is looking for a creative, driven self-starter to lead our social media and video marketing.

We are not looking for someone who waits for direction. We want someone who brings ideas, captures content, and helps our team stand apart from every other real estate team in the area.

This role focuses heavily on short-form video and social media storytelling. The goal is to showcase our business, agents, team culture, and community in a fun and engaging way.

You will often be following the team throughout the week, capturing day-in-the-life moments, filming quick videos, and creating content that highlights what makes our team unique.

You will capture short videos of our marketed properties, but the main focus is people, personality, and community-driven content.

This role requires someone who is comfortable encouraging agents to participate in videos, organizing quick content opportunities to educate our social media followers, and keeping the team engaged in the marketing process.

What You’ll Do

• Create engaging short-form video and social media content
• Capture day-in-the-life content featuring our agents and team
• Film quick videos of agents at listings
• Follow the team to capture authentic moments and behind-the-scenes content
• Attend community events and highlight local businesses
• Create, manage, and post content across social media platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Highly motivated self-starter who can work independently
• Confident filming video and directing people during content shoots
• Creative thinker with an eye for engaging social media content
• Outgoing personality comfortable interacting with agents, clients, and the community
• Experience with social media and video content creation preferred
• Reliable transportation for local travel
