Key Responsibilities:
1- Content Creation:
- Develop high-quality content (including text, images, videos, graphics, and other multimedia) for social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and marketing goals.
- Create content calendars and plan the frequency and timing of posts to maximize engagement.
2- Social Media Management:
- Post content on social media platforms, monitor interactions, and engage with followers.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Track and report on social media analytics to evaluate the performance of content and campaigns.
3- Trend Analysis and Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to ensure content remains relevant and innovative.
- Identify and leverage popular trends, hashtags, and challenges to increase content visibility and reach.
4- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work with designers, videographers, photographers, and other team members to create engaging content.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas for social media campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in social media content creation and management.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing software).
- Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
