Content Creator & Social Media Manager (Remote)

In this role, you will be the voice of our mission-driven brand. You’ll lead the strategy for our core accounts, turning our vision into viral-ready content that inspires action and fosters a global community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Design and edit high-performing reels, TikToks, and graphics (via Canva/CapCut).
• Strategic Growth: Manage the social calendar and execute campaigns that drive reach, engagement, and lead generation for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
• Community Management: Actively engage with our audience, fostering unscripted conversations in DMs and comments.
• Performance Tracking: Use analytics to measure ROI and pivot strategies based on what the data shows.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional social media or content marketing experience.
• Skills: Proficiency in native platform tools, short-form video editing, and content management (Hootsuite, Tailwind, and Loomly).
• Vibe: A "social-first" thinker who is deeply embedded in internet culture and trends.
• Mindset: Collaborative, mission-aligned, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Hourly wage: $17.00 per hour

This is a part-time, contracted position with a schedule of 5 hours a week.
