Position Summary:
Content Developers create and deliver high quality print letter copy services. This position will develop and maintain digital content layout programs for customer mailings; as well as gather, organize; edit, and proof, customer information for print production (not web content).
Content Developers set up letter composition using variable data programming and GMC/Quadient Inspire while managing numerous projects simultaneously with effective communication with internal departments for job instructions and/or customer specifications. This position provides off-hours support as needed.

Associate Degree in Graphics Art/Design, Computer Science-related technical discipline preferred but not required; or equivalent experience.

Two or more year’s professional Content Development experience preferred but not required.
Essential Functions:

Compile client’s content including letter copy, graphics, and other media assets, and convert to meet specifications.

Proof content, format, and variable letter copy.

Update and maintain content library.
-
Audit production proofs for others.
-
Serve as liaison with customers, account management, IT group, and operations.

Estimate and deliver upon schedules and plans.
-
Participate in special projects and project management duties as needed.

Work frequently on client onboarding projects.

Collaborate with clients during the sales and solution stages.

Maintain consistent internal documentation related to issues, resolutions, usage topics, and training.

Create image proofs and make file revisions as needed
