Content Lead – Victoria’s Secret & PINK

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Lead to drive locally relevant, modest campaigns across the KSA.

This role will lead short-form social content, retail POS assets, and AI-enabled creative production while ensuring full alignment with brand standards and local cultural norms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead concepting, storyboarding, shooting, and editing of social-first content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts)

• Create culturally attuned, modest content aligned with KSA sensitivities while preserving brand codes

• Develop always-on content calendars and campaign bursts aligned to key retail moments (Ramadan, Eid, launches, etc.)

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway) to scale high-quality content efficiently

• Adapt campaign visuals into retail POS assets (store signage, windows, in-store screens)

• Translate audience insights into content that resonates with Gen Z and Millennial consumers

• Collaborate closely with Retail, E-commerce, PR/Influencer, Agencies, and regional stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in content, media, or production (agency or client-side), preferably within fashion retail

• Strong understanding of social formats, paid media assets, and retail communication

• Fluency in English

• Highly organized, creative, and analytically minded
