About the Role
As the Content Manager responsible for developing and executing content strategies that attract, engage, and convert prospective patients throughout the funnel. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, CRM, and clinic operations to create compelling content that fuels acquisition, nurtures leads, and drives bookings across Kindbody’s services.
Content Strategy & Planning
Develop and own a content strategy aligned with marketing and business goals—specifically targeting growth in net new patient volume.
Create content calendars that align with acquisition campaigns, seasonal trends, product launches, and patient needs.
Content Creation & Management
Write, edit, and produce high-converting content for Kindbody’s website, blog, landing pages, email campaigns, paid ads, and social media.
Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) including physicians and clinic staff to ensure accuracy and empathy in patient-facing content.
Optimize content for SEO and conversion, ensuring all materials support organic traffic and lead generation goals.
Campaign Support
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop content for full-funnel paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.), email drip campaigns, virtual and in person events, partnerships and referral initiatives.
Support lifecycle marketing and CRM with personalized content for nurturing leads through booking and beyond.
Including email and SMS execution
Analytics & Optimization
Monitor content performance through key KPIs (traffic, CTR, conversion rate, engagement, etc.).
Continuously test and iterate on messaging, formats, and creative approaches to improve content ROI and support NPV (New Patient Visit) growth targets.
Brand Voice & Consistency
4+ years of experience in content marketing, marketing coordinator, copywriting, or editorial roles, ideally in a growth-focused or healthcare setting.
Proven track record of driving measurable growth through content across digital channels.
Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex healthcare topics into clear, engaging, patient-first language.
Familiarity with SEO best practices, performance marketing metrics, and A/B testing.
Experience using CMS tools (e.g., Webflow, WordPress), marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
Deep empathy for patients navigating fertility, family-building, and women’s health journeys.
Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with fertility, women’s health, or consumer healthcare brands.
Knowledge of HIPAA or healthcare compliance in content development.
Background in conversion copywriting or UX writing.
