At Master Electronics, we’re growing our digital presence and seeking a Content Manager to shape how millions of products come to life online for our OnlineComponents brand. You’ll lead the way in ensuring our customers can easily discover, evaluate, and purchase electronic components through accurate, structured, and engaging product content.

You’ll guide the content vision and bring it to life, combining creativity with technical precision to optimize product data, enhance the customer experience, and collaborate across teams. Join a people-first company where innovation, teamwork, and growth power everything we do.

What you will do?:
  • Own the product content experience across millions of SKUs — ensuring data is accurate, complete, and easy to navigate for customers around the world.
  • Enhance product pages with the right details, visuals, and documentation to help customers find, compare, and buy with confidence.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to streamline how product information is collected, enriched, and maintained at scale.
  • Apply SEO and optimization best practices to boost discoverability and elevate the customer experience across our digital channels.
  • Build and refine scalable processes, leveraging technology and automation to improve data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Track performance and continuously improve, using insights and analytics to strengthen content accuracy, engagement, and conversion.

What you bring to the table!:
  • Strong understanding of PIM, CMS, and ERP systems and how they connect to the customer experience.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital merchandising, and product data optimization to make content both accurate and impactful.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex data sets while maintaining a sharp focus on usability and conversion.
  • Highly organized and collaborative, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in electronics or industrial products is a plus — curiosity and a passion for learning go a long way, too.
  • 5+ years of eCommerce content management experience, ideally in distribution, technical, or high-volume SKU environments.
