The Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Content Manager to take full ownership of BALR.’s content strategy and execution. This is a full-cycle role that covers everything from strategy and planning to production and performance analysis. You will be responsible for shaping the creative direction, leading the end-to-end content process, and ensuring that everything produced under the BALR. brand is distinctive, relevant, and impactful.


You will create the content roadmap, build systems that deliver high-quality output efficiently, and manage a team that brings ideas to life across digital and social platforms. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, creative leadership, and hands-on execution.


The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in content or brand marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or sports-luxury brands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own BALR.’s full content strategy, from concept to delivery, across all platforms and channels
  • Build, lead, and inspire a cross-functional content team, including video, design, copy, and social media
  • Oversee and manage the entire content lifecycle - strategy, planning, creation, distribution, and performance tracking
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and premium storytelling approach across all content formats
  • Produce and optimise content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms
  • Partner closely with brand, product, and growth teams to ensure creative aligns with business goals and performance metrics
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine content direction and output
  • Integrate AI and digital tools into content workflows to accelerate ideation, production, and localisation
  • Collaborate with external creators, athletes, and cultural figures who align with BALR.’s brand ethos
  • Ensure the BALR. brand remains culturally sharp, trend-relevant, and globally resonant


What you’ll bring

  • 5-7 years of experience in content management, brand marketing, or creative leadership
  • Proven success in developing and delivering full-cycle content strategies for fashion, lifestyle, or sports-luxury brands
  • Experience managing creative teams and content pipelines from idea through production and performance
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling, social media engagement, and cross-channel brand building
  • Deep knowledge of how culture, sport, and fashion intersect with consumer behaviour
  • Ability to balance creativity with commercial results and performance metrics
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and processes for creative enhancement
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
