We are looking for a Content Manager who can turn Americas Brand plans into a content strategy, produce high performing creative for paid social, and keep it fresh through rapid testing and iteration. you will be hands on. capturing short form videos, editing scrappy mobile first assets and building a steady pipeline of content that actually performs.
WaterWipes is building brand awareness and strengthening brand positioning in the Americas, and content is a key lever. This role gives you real ownership of the paid social creative engine, from idea, to capture, to edit, to performance learning with the visibility to shape what great looks like for a fast-growing consumer brand.
You’ll partner closely with the Brand Manager, collaborate across teams, and work with external partners where needed but the expectation is clear: you drive output, pace, and performance.
You’ll be accountable for building and sustaining a paid social content pipeline that delivers not just aesthetically, but commercially. That starts with developing concepts and producing multiple creative variations so we can test what actually works: hooks, angles, CTAs, pacing, and opening frame, then turning the learnings into the next wave of content.
You’ll own end-to-end creation for paid social and digital channels: capturing short-form video, producing low-fi mobile-first assets, and delivering platform-optimized formats that are ready for trafficking. You’ll source and shape UGC through a specialist UGC agency setting direction, reviewing quality and performance potential, and scaling what works. And because we operate in a regulated category, you’ll be responsible for ensuring content stays firmly within what we can and cannot claim aligning with brand, global, legal, and regulatory standards every time.
This role is for a content creator who also thinks like a strategist. You’re someone who can take a plan and turn it into a content approach with clear creative direction, tight execution, and measurable outcomes.
You’re likely to be a strong fit if you’ve built paid social creative for Meta and TikTok, understand what “platform-native” actually means, and can move quickly without sacrificing standards.
You’ll do well here if you have a strong bias to action and a performance mindset: you create fast, you learn fast, and you keep raising the bar through iteration not perfectionism. You’re organized enough to run an end-to-end content workflow and content library without chaos, but flexible enough to respond to trends and cultural moments at speed. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally, giving and receiving clear feedback, and you have the judgment to keep creative ambitious while staying within brand and regulatory guardrails.

This is a remote role based in North America. You must reside in the United States and on the East Coast.
Occasional travel is required for content capture at trade shows and key brand events.
