What You’ll Be Doing

Content & Social Media

• Manage Lumida’s presence on X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Telegram , publishing timely and authoritative content.
• Create threads, posts, memes, and short-form video that reflect Lumida’s voice: smart, sharp, and witty.
• Lead Lumida’s content during key market moments (earnings, Fed decisions, major events).
• Promote Lumida AI and Lumida Deals platforms through creative campaigns and media touchpoints.

Podcast & Media

• Build and run Lumida’s podcast operations — booking guests, developing topics, and coordinating schedules.
• Support studio build-out and production workflows.
• Collaborate with the CEO and research team on episode design, clips, and distribution strategies .
• Secure external podcast/media appearances for the CEO to elevate Lumida’s brand presence.

Research & Curation

• Track breaking news, macro trends, and cultural conversations across crypto, alternatives, and global markets .
• Curate insights into crisp, digestible narratives for Lumida’s audience.
• Identify high-leverage partnerships and amplification opportunities .

Analytics & Growth

• Monitor engagement metrics and adapt strategy for reach, credibility, and lead generation.
• Apply automation tools (e.g., Zapier) to streamline workflows.
• Experiment with new content formats to maximize community engagement.

• A strategic storyteller who can mix market expertise with cultural fluency.
• Someone who can represent Lumida externally at conferences, on podcasts, and across digital platforms.
• A professional who brings both analytical rigor and creative flair to content production.
• A proactive self-starter with a startup mentality , ready to experiment, learn, and scale Lumida’s reach.
• A thought leader in the making — comfortable with shaping conversations around digital assets, wealth management, and alternatives.

Qualifications

• Crypto-native orientation with strong familiarity across digital asset culture and platforms.
• Track record in multi-channel content production (X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram).
• Strong background in content curation, creation, and podcast/media production .
• Exceptional ability to translate complex investment insights into clear, compelling narratives.
• Proficiency with Zapier and other automation tools .
• Highly organized and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environments .
• Experience with podcast production and/or studio setup is highly desirable.
• Bonus: background in philosophy or a similarly analytical discipline.
• A sense of humor and creativity, with the ability to balance authority and wit in content.
