We are looking for a data-driven and creative Content Strategist to join the team for Yash Anand. If you understand why videos go viral and know how to build a loyal community, we want you! Job Details Role: Content Strategist (YouTube & Instagram) Work Type: Hybrid (Remote + In-person meetings) Location: New City Centre, Gwalior Experience: Open to both Freshers and Experienced candidates. Age Limit: No age limit.

Key Responsibilities Channel Strategy: Plan the content calendar for YouTube and Instagram. Analytics: Study video performance (CTR, retention, views) to improve future content. Trend Spotting: Identify viral trends early and adapt them to Yash’s brand. Growth Hacking: Optimize titles, thumbnails, and SEO to reach a wider audience. Content Direction: Guide the scriptwriters and editors on the "vibe" and "goal" of each video.

Required Skills Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using YouTube Studio and IG Insights. Creativity: Ability to brainstorm unique content pillars (Fitness, Lifestyle, etc.). Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of the YT Algorithm and IG Reels ecosystem. Organization: Strong skills in managing schedules and content pipelines. Communication: Clear coordination between Yash and the creative team.
