Content Writer/Editor

About the Role

The Content Writer/Editor creates, reviews, and refines written materials across various projects. This role is ideal for someone who can write clearly, edit with precision, and maintain consistent tone, accuracy, and quality. You will support internal teams by producing polished, professional content for digital, administrative, and client‑facing use.

Responsibilities

  • Write clear, engaging, and well‑structured content for internal and external audiences
  • Edit and proofread documents for grammar, clarity, tone, and accuracy
  • Review content for spelling, punctuation, formatting, and consistency
  • Conduct research to support content development when needed
  • Prepare final drafts for publishing, distribution, or client delivery
  • Collaborate with team members to revise and improve written materials
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and style guidelines
  • Manage multiple writing and editing assignments with timely delivery
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Required Qualifications

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow style guides and formatting requirements
  • Experience writing professional content (emails, reports, articles, web copy, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Strong time‑management and organizational skills
  • Reliable internet connection and computer access

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a writer, editor, or content specialist
  • Familiarity with content management systems or document‑editing tools
  • Experience writing for business, marketing, or administrative purposes
  • Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences
