Continental Cook

Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Continental Cook-1 to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be experienced in preparing a variety of Continental dishes, maintain quality standards, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of Continental dishes.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
• Assist in menu planning and new recipe development.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Manage ingredients, minimize waste, and support daily kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Continental Cook.
• Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine (pasta, steaks, soups, sauces, grilled items, etc.).
• Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
