The Country Head – Restaurant will serve as the strategic and operational leader for all hospitality brands under the group’s portfolio, including Baranh, Haute Dolci (HD), and Elysian Sweet. The incumbent will be responsible for steering the organization’s vision, driving profitability, operational excellence, people growth, and brand sustainability in line with the group’s global standards and long-term objectives.

This role demands a transformational leader who can integrate strategy, innovation, and people to deliver a seamless, elevated guest experience across all business verticals.

Responsibilities:

1. Define, communicate, and execute a unified long-term strategic roadmap for all brands under the Pakistan portfolio, aligned with global business goals.

2. Lead national expansion initiatives including new restaurant openings, regional diversification, and franchising partnerships.

3. Represent Pakistan operations at the Group Executive Board, translating market insights into actionable growth strategies.

4. Identify business opportunities through competitive benchmarking, consumer trends, and local market analytics.

5. Champion organizational agility and innovation across the brands to sustain long-term growth and market relevance.

6. Hold full P&L accountability for Pakistan operations, ensuring top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.

7. Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and performance management with the Finance & Commercial teams.

8. Approve annual operating budgets, cost-control strategies, and pricing models to maintain strong financial health.

9. Monitor financial KPIs including sales trends, cost of goods, labor ratios, and EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) performance.

10. Ensure transparency and fiscal discipline in all procurement, inventory, and contracting activities.

11. Present consolidated financial performance reports and strategic insights to the Global Executive Board

12. Establish and monitor operational KPIs, SOPs, and audit mechanisms across all brands and outlets.

13. Ensure consistency in operational execution, product quality, and customer experience through continuous improvement programs.

14. Lead cross-functional collaboration between operations, supply chain, marketing, HR, and finance to ensure cohesive performance.

15. Approve new menu launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal offerings ensuring operational readiness and quality control.

16. Drive digital transformation and system integration to enhance operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making.

17. Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing leadership team through a culture of accountability, empowerment, and excellence.

18. Oversee succession planning, leadership development, and performance management frameworks.

19. Approve all senior-level hiring and mentor emerging leaders across departments.

20. Partner with HR to drive employee engagement, learning interventions, and compliance with labor laws and ethical standards.

21. Promote a collaborative and inclusive organizational culture that reflects the brand’s values and service ethos.

22. Safeguard each brand’s identity, culture, and guest promise across all sites.

23. Monitor guest experience metrics (NPS, feedback analytics, reviews) and lead improvement programs.

24. Approve brand presentation standards, including ambiance, uniforms, and customer interaction protocols.

25. Collaborate with the marketing team on brand campaigns, influencer partnerships, and market activation plans.

26. Act as the public and media spokesperson for Pakistan operations, managing key partnerships and public relations.

27. Ensure strict compliance with all local laws, health and safety regulations, and food industry standards.

28. Oversee internal audits, risk assessments, and operational safety protocols.

29. Implement governance frameworks ensuring transparency and ethical conduct across all operations.

30. Ensure facility maintenance, asset integrity, and business continuity planning through the Projects & Maintenance function.

Requirements :

· Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.

· International certifications in Leadership, Strategic Management, or Hospitality Operations (preferred

· Minimum 15–20 years of leadership experience, with at least 8 years in senior management within the hospitality, F&B, or restaurant industry.

· Proven record in multi-brand or multi-site operations, strategic expansion, and P&L management.

· Exposure to international brand standards and cross-cultural leadership is highly desirable.

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
