Job Summary

The Copywriter is responsible for crafting engaging and persuasive content across various channels including print, digital, and social media. Your words will captivate our target audience, evoke emotion, and effectively communicate our brand message.

Job Responsibilities and Skills

• Research and understand our target audience to create compelling and persuasive copy across multiple platforms.
• Develop clear and concise messaging that aligns with our brand guidelines and objectives.
• Write and edit engaging and creative content for advertisements, websites, email campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop concepts for new campaigns and initiatives.
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure factual accuracy.
• Proofread and ensure all content is error-free, adheres to brand voice, and effectively communicates the desired message.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our copywriting strategies.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other team members to enhance and refine content.
• Present and support creative ideas to key stakeholders.
• Deliver projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional copywriting experience, showcasing proven ability to craft effective messaging across diverse platforms.
• Advertising agency healthcare experience is required.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of written work.
• Proficient in digital content creation and SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with various writing styles and tones.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and take feedback constructively.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy.
• Passion for storytelling and a creative mindset.
