Contracts Administrator

Responsibilities:

1. Participate in capture discussions to ensure understanding of the enquiry and lead

internal proposal status meetings and reviews.

2. Provide assistance on proposal efforts so the submissions of the proposals are

compliant and submitted on time.

3. Review the scope of work and other technical information provided by Contractor

and/or consultants for completeness and consistency in contracts.

4. Oversee the preparation and revision of contracts by the Company.

5. Distribute all incoming contracts, subcontracts, modifications to the Manager and

QS to assist in the drafting of contractual correspondence with the client.

6. Evaluate change proposals and modifications in contract and review/ negotiate

cost and schedule impact related to change orders and other contract

modifications.

7. Receive, inspect and accept or reject partial deliveries and final deliveries of all

contract deliverables in coordination with management.

8. Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and

budgets.

9. Track authorizations of the client such as Company Trade License, Power of

Attorney of authorized signatories, location map and contact details prior to the

contract finalization.

10. Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all

correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment

schedules.

11. Ensure the contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner

specifications and government regulations.

12. Evaluate contractor requests for claims, waivers and deviations are as per the

contract requirements.

13. Perform close-out of contractual matters upon completion of the project.

14. Develop and issue various reports to management as required.

15. Review the scope of work and other technical information provided by Contractor

and/or consultants for completeness and consistency from Contracts perspective.

16. Coordinate with Contractor in development of technical tender submission

requirements

17. Compile / review responses on Scope and Completion Schedule.

18. Review Claims to ensure that the same are as per contract requirements.

19. Draft contractual letters and memos as required.

20. Attend meetings with contractors on contractual matters.

21. Perform close-out of contractual matters upon completion
