Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor real-time fleet operations through GPS tracking, dispatch software, and communication systems.
- Ensure all vehicles operate according to assigned routes, schedules, and customer bookings.
- Track captain punctuality and immediately report any delays or deviations.
- Ensure drivers are positioned at the designated pick-up points on time; proactively manage idle drivers by reallocating them to high-demand areas.
- Coordinate with relevant departments and emergency services in the event of accidents or vehicle breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of trip logs, driver attendance, vehicle usage, and daily operational reports.
- Prepare and submit initial incident reports to the concerned Operations Manager promptly.
- Operate and troubleshoot fleet management and control room systems efficiently.
- Ensure all communication tools, including applications and GPS trackers, are fully operational at all times.
- Oversee double-shift monitoring to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
- Analyze and implement heat map rerouting to enhance fleet efficiency.
- Assign trips to captains promptly and effectively to ensure optimal vehicle utilization.
- Manage hotel transportation bookings via email and ensure vehicle availability as per request.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries, complaints, and special service requirements.
- Regularly remind captains to adhere to company dress code, professional etiquette, and service excellence standards.
